Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in California. The Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the movement of goods and materials to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and other logistics-related paperwork.
• Work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipping and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities.
• Assist in optimizing logistics processes and implementing cost-saving measures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required Work Hours

The position requires working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
